This system, combined with optional Smart Link remote tank monitoring, allows us to anticipate when we need to refill your tank and schedule delivery before you run out of propane. Additionally, our online fuel portal allows you to order fuel or request service, pay & view bills, monitor usage and much more from anywhere in the world and on any device.
*Automatic deliveries are not a promise that a tank will never run out. Many factors including: usage pattern changes, added appliances, power outages, occupancy changes, etc. impact forecasting in ways we cannot predict. For backup and safety reasons, all customers are asked to check tank gauges on regular intervals. Our forecasting system has an excellent track record but can be impacted by user changes.
