Service Plans automatically renew each year at the current plan rate. Cancellation or failure to schedule Seasonal Tune-Up will not guarantee a refund; missed service will not roll over into the next plan year. A technician must verify the condition of any existing HVAC system before a plan becomes valid. Hall assumes no liablity for damages or loss arising from conditions missed during the performance of maintenance and service under this plan.
