Anthony Hall

CEO

Anthony Hall started working as a teen in the family business in 1986. After growing up in the industry and graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Business Administration, he rejoined the family business. Anthony has worked in each position at the company to better understand the customer/company relationship, internal workings of the business and the potential needs of his team. He worked for two years as a delivery technician and five years each as a service technician, customer service representative and dispatcher. Anthony became Chief Executive Officer in 2005 and drives the current and future direction of the corporation. He loves working with his team to improve procedures and conditions for a faster, less expensive and easier process for customers and employees. In his free time, Anthony enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family, friends and pets. His favorite activities include hiking, listening to music and playing games.

Eric Bennett

COO

Eric Bennett has been with Hall since 1999 and currently serves as our Chief Operating Officer. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and is a Master Pipefitter in NC and VA, Licensed Liquefied Petroleum Fuel Technician and Licensed Contractor in VA. Eric has worked in all facets of the propane industry and loves the challenge of making systems work for his clients. As COO, Eric oversees the Hall team and works to ensure operational efficiency at each branch of the company. He loves that each day is different and that he can help Hall’s clients solve their energy challenges. When he’s not busy working, Eric plays an active role in the community and has coached baseball and football for kids in grades K-12.

Nick Rakes

Regional Manager of our Stuart, VA NEW Rocky Mount, VA & Mt. Airy, NC branches

Nick Rakes has been with Hall since 2012 and currently serves as the regional manager over our Stuart, VA, NEW Rocky Mount, VA and Mt. Airy, NC, branches. He is a graduate of Emory & Henry College. He enjoys working with his clients and helping them find solutions to meet their energy needs. Since joining Hall, Nick has played an essential role in helping our family business grow and thrive. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his family.

Mitchell Snow

Regional Manager, of our Galax, VA and Wytheville, VA branches

Mitchell Snow has been a valuable member of the Hall team since 2012. He serves as the manager at our Galax, VA and Wytheville, VA branches. 2019 winner of Carrol New’s Gemini Awards “Best Boss” voted on by local customers and employees. After working for his family’s plumbing and piping business, he was a lead estimator and project manager for a commercial construction company. Following those experiences, he served as the Production Manager for the local ServPro. He enjoys working in the propane industry because each day is different. Mitchell likes getting to know his clients and helping them find the best systems for their needs. When he’s not busy working, he likes to get outside, visit with family, practice woodworking and volunteer at his church.

Brandon Shelton

Head of HVAC Division, Stuart, VA

Brandon Shelton has been with Hall since 2018 and currently serves as the HVAC manager over our VA coverage area. Brandon has a Master license of HVAC and Class A Contractor license. Since joining Hall, Brandon has been able to successfully help customers with their HVAC needs. Attention to detail and making sure that units are installed with precision are Brandon’s strongest attributes. In his free time, Brandon is active with his church and enjoys spending time with his daughter.

Director of Sales, Rocky Mount, VA

Tim Pasley joined Hall as our Director of Service in 2023. Tim is a seasoned professional in the propane industry and brings decades of experience to our team. He started as a propane driver and quickly worked his way up, spending a decade in service roles before stepping into leadership positions. Tim’s a true expert with a CETP certification, Journeyman Tradesman Gas Fitter license, and a CDL with Hazmat endorsement.

As Hall’s Director of Service, Tim keeps things running smoothly, from streamlining service to welcoming new customers. What he loves most about his role is working in several areas while maintaining that family-owned business feel. When he’s not at work, Tim loves spending time with his wife and four kids, his church community, and playing golf.

Josh Newman

Division Manager, Rocky Mount, VA
and Dispatcher

Josh Newman is a loyal employee who has worked with Hall Propane since 2014. He now works in our Rocky Mount, VA office, assisting customers in ordering propane, purchasing log sets and scheduling service. Josh loves his job because he gets to meet new people and help them make informed decisions by competently answering all their questions. In his free time, he enjoys coaching both his daughters in softball and volleyball.

Randi-Jo Hall (R.J.)

Account Specialist

R.J. joined the Hall team in Dec. 2021, and we’re pleased to have her as a CSR and account specialist at our Stuart, VA location. R.J. has a degree in Elementary Education, spending several years working in the school system and for a local attorney. She brings strong communication skills to her job, working closely with our clients to answer their questions, set up their accounts and schedule service. She enjoys being on the other end of the phone and helping her customers live in comfort all year long. R.J. brings a strong work ethic, organizational skills and a balanced approach that we appreciate having in our office. When she’s not busy working, R.J. enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband.

Kyndle Joyce

Head Account Specialist

Kyndle Joyce is an experienced Account Specialist who has worked with Hall Propane in Walnut Cove, NC, since 2000. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring seamless account setup company-wide including handling service and delivery billing, upkeep of all payment plans, and training new employees. She takes pleasure in building relationships with customers and providing them with valuable information about the benefits of propane. With her extensive knowledge and proficiency, she delivers personalized and reliable service to each customer she encounters. In her spare time, Kyndle enjoys hiking, camping, reading, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.

Account Specialist

Brandi is one of our valued Account Specialists who has worked out of our Galax, VA office since 2021. She has over a decade of experience working as a CSR and brings positive energy to each interaction with our customers and team. Brandi always has a smile on her face as she greets customers in person or over the phone. Over the past year, she’s built a strong reputation with our valued clients, working closely with them and getting to know them by name as she answers their questions and follows up on their service needs. When she’s not busy working, Brandi enjoys getting outside to go fishing or tubing on the New River with her family.

Brittany Craghead

Customer Service Representative

Brittany Craghead joined the Hall Propane team in October 2022 in our Rocky Mount, VA location. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), Brittany answers phone calls, takes payments and helps customers find propane solutions for their homes. She loves being a part of a family-owned company and bringing customers peace of mind by answering their questions. Brittany says, “I hope to provide every customer I come in contact with an exceptional customer service experience.” When she’s not at work, she enjoys shopping, going to concerts, traveling and hanging out with her family, friends and pups!

Chasity Grisafi serves as a valued Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Mount Airy, NC, location and brings decades of customer service experience to our team. As a CSR, Chasity assists our customers with scheduling deliveries, fielding service calls and processing payments. She was born and raised in the area and loves helping customers in her own community. Outside of work, Chasity loves spending time with her family, playing softball, riding horses and reading in her hammock.

Krissi Bullins is an integral part of our team at Hall Propane. With twenty years of experience in the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Customer Service Representative at our Walnut Cove location. Krissi’s responsibilities include a wide range of tasks, from posting payments and answering calls to processing mail, sales, and even filling 100# cylinders and driving a bobcat! She’s always ready to lend a hand and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Krissi’s vibrant personality and commitment to customer satisfaction make her an asset to our team and customers. She loves the family-oriented environment and the flexibility that Hall Propane offers. Outside work, Krissi enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, whether playing cards or games, reading, camping, or simply relaxing by the pool.

Annette Freeman

Customer Service Representative

Annette Freeman is a friendly Customer Service Representative at Hall Propane’s Mt. Airy location. She has over 12 years of industry experience and dedicates herself to exceptional service for our valued customers. Annette’s primary responsibilities include greeting people and signing up new customers, ensuring they understand the propane and natural gas installation process. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel at home and can freely share their needs.

When she’s not at work, Annette loves spending time at church and participating in activities there. She enjoys crafting, especially making beautiful flowers and cherishes every moment spent with her ten grandkids and her family.

Jesse Cockram has been with Hall since 2017 and serves as a Customer Service Representative at our Stuart, VA, location. Jesse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from Radford University and brings excellent communication and organizational skills to the company. In his role, Jesse schedules deliveries, coordinates service calls and helps customers with sales and billing questions.

He has such a positive attitude and loves helping people and interacting with his coworkers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, camping, cooking, and watching sports any chance he gets—Go Hokies!

Kayla Shore is a seasoned Customer Service Representative at Hall’s Walnut Cove, NC, location. She joined the Hall team in November 2021 with over a decade of experience in customer service, most recently at Terminix. There, she was recognized as the top customer service representative and top salesperson five years in a row, demonstrating her exceptional commitment to excellence.

Kayla’s dedication to helping others shines bright as a CSR, and her ability to foster a positive atmosphere makes her an invaluable member of the Hall family. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her three children, spending time fishing, and doing anything outdoors.

Kristian Lucas joined Hall’s team in September of 2023 as a Customer Service Representative at our Clemmons, NC, location. With a background as a Licensed Esthetician and a natural talent for connecting with people, Kristian has embraced the role of CSR with enthusiasm and warmth.

Although new to the propane industry, Kristian’s genuine friendliness and problem-solving skills shine through as she strives to make every customer interaction positive and helpful. Outside work, Kristian enjoys several fulfilling hobbies—from reading and drawing to crafting and gaming with friends and family; she makes the most of every moment.

Abby joined the Hall team in October of 2025 as a dedicated Customer Service Representative based in Galax, VA. She has a background in banking which helped build her approach to her customers.

Abby strives to provide her customers with a pleasant experience and goes above and beyond to ensure that she can find solutions to any problem. When she isn’t working, Abby enjoys going to drag races with her family, and spending quality time with her son and two labs.

Maggie Houchins is an invaluable Account Specialist who has been serving Hall’s Mount Airy customers since March 2022. Formerly a certified mental health professional, Maggie’s adept listening skills seamlessly transitioned into account management. She excels at problem-solving and readily provides solutions for customers in need. Maggie’s responsibilities involve billing, permits and scheduling, and showcase her strong work ethic and organizational skills.

Maggie appreciates Hall’s family-owned culture, which allows her to balance work and life harmoniously. Beyond work, she finds joy in watching her kids play sports, spending time by the water and indulging in her passion for creating jewelry.

Customer Service Team Leader

Stephanie has dedicated over a decade to Hall, rising to the role of Customer Service Team Leader. She began as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), where she often found herself asking, “Why do we do it this way, and how can we do it better?” and analyzing processes to find areas for improvement. Now, as Customer Service Team Leader, she diligently guides the CSR team to provide a consistently dependable, positive customer experience. While Stephanie mostly works behind the scenes, her leadership has a profound impact on overall customer satisfaction by preemptively making positive process changes.

Outside work, Stephanie enjoys community game nights, supporting her daughter’s high school band, cooking with her eldest daughter and quiet moments to unwind with a good book.
