  • Scheduling Reminders: Hall will contact you to book your Tune-Up at a time that fits your schedule. *Tune Ups are scheduled between March and October to make sure you are prepared for the next heating season.

A Transparent Plan For NC & VA Homeowners.

Service plans automatically renew each year at the current plan rate. Plans are available for residential appliances only. Cancellation or failure to schedule the Annual Tune-Up will not guarantee a refund; any missed service will not roll over into the next plan year. This plan becomes effective when paid in full. Hall will not be liable for any damages or loss arising from conditions missed during propane equipment maintenance and service under this plan.
