Smart Link streamlines propane level management by eliminating the guesswork of tracking fuel levels. With remote tank monitoring technology, a Smart Link device is installed on top of a propane tank and transmits propane usage details to an easy-to-use app. You can check accurate readings, set push notifications for tank levels, view usage history, and request refills*—all from the palm of your hand.

*For Autofill customers, Smart Link automatically triggers deliveries. If you’re a will-call customer, it helps you easily monitor fuel levels and request deliveries.

Any existing Hall customer may enroll in Smart Link at any time. This service is ideal for both Autofill and will-call customers.

Smart Link is only $49.99/year plus a one-time $39.99 installation fee for each installed tank monitoring unit.

*Heavy propane users enrolled in AutoFill may qualify for a waived Smart Link installation and annual fee. Contact your local Hall to find out if you’re eligible.

With Smart Link, you can easily access tank levels from anywhere, anytime. In addition, the remote tank monitoring technology seamlessly integrates with your tank’s manual gauge and transmits a daily signal to a monitoring service app. Once in the app, you can conveniently view tank levels and request propane refills if needed.

Hall also offers non-cellular tank monitoring devices that connect via Bluetooth. For more details,simply contact your local Hall team.

Enrollment is easy! Simply complete the form on this page or contact your local Hall to sign up.

After you have initiated enrollment, a Hall representative will install the monitor at your next scheduled tank refill.

On your next invoice, you will see a one-time $39.99 installation fee and a $49.99 service fee which will recur annually.
