Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions we hear from propane, gasoline and diesel customers. If you have a question that is not listed, please feel free to contact us.
Another company has their tank here now and I need to get them to remove it. Do you charge to switch out?
We do NOT charge a tank setup fee to switch out tanks from other companies.
Do you charge for the tank to be put on our premises?
We do NOT charge a setup fee to any new customer to set the tank. Charges will only apply for running gas line or installing appliances.
Do you have a minimum purchase amount on propane?
Partial deliveries are $.20 more per gallon but are discouraged because of increased number of deliveries per year to your tank. For economic and safety reasons, there are other ways to handle bills than making more/smaller deliveries. We can work it out so that it is a win/win for both customer and company. Most companies charge this and most are much higher.
Do you charge extra if the tank goes empty?
Auto accounts are not charged if the tank runs out and our customers rarely run out. We highly encourage auto delivery. Will Call accounts are normally only charged if they run out and need same day or after hours/weekend delivery. $150 same day / $200 nights and weekends. Running out of fuel is not good for your fuel system or your appliances. Smart Link is encouraged for Will Call customers.
Do you allow monthly payments?
We not only allow, but encourage monthly/budget payments. We can setup a monthly check draft or credit card charge.
Do you supply natural gas?
We work with natural gas providers to run gas lines from the main point of distribution into your house or business. We do not supply natural gas as a fuel source. We sell the appliances and can convert them to natural gas and install them at your location. We also service the appliances and systems.
